On the 4th January 2021, I resigned from a career I’d spent over twenty years building as an Industrial Chemist.

Soon after, I bought a Bongo van and spent the next year travelling, giving myself space to reflect on the life I had built.  

That year was a powerful turning point, a time of honest self-reflection, owning my own bullshit, and confronting some uncomfortable truths about the life I’d created.

In this collaborative book, I share the most pivotal lessons from that period of my life.
